Choose the sign-in method and learners sign from their PC, smartphone or tablet. Once sessions are complete, retrieve your certified attendance sheets.
Learners justify their own absences from the app. You access every learner's supporting documents, export and download them in one click, and trainers see absence reasons in real time.
The trainer displays a QR code that changes every 5 seconds: impossible to share it with an absent learner. Learners scan it with their smartphone and sign in seconds. You track signatures in real time during the session.
It's optional! Your learners don't need to log in to Edusign if you're not using QR code signing. Email or PIN code signing is ideal for short courses. An organisation with longer programmes, such as Epitech or HEC for example, can use the Edusign app. Trainees or students can then log in via their account to sign.
