Built by Edusign · Attendance
A student who signs in and then leaves class distorts your actual attendance rates. The alert makes this behaviour visible and lets you talk about it early.
Already a customer? Set up this alert in Edusign ›Alerts are recalculated every night at 04:15: the email goes out the following morning.

Signing in proves attendance at the start of the class. Early departures recorded by the instructor complete the picture: the alert adds them up over a month.

Alert or automation?
An alert fires above a threshold over a period. To notify someone at every event, with no threshold, use an automation instead.
Automation: inform the manager of each early departure ›The instructor, in the Edusign session. The alert adds up these departures over the chosen period.
The automation notifies the manager of each departure. The alert waits for the second departure within 30 days.
Yes. In the Filters block, choose Groups or Courses.
