Connected to your student information system, the card fills itself with the data you already have. Without a connector, an Excel import is enough. The photo comes from the file, the API, or the student takes it in the app.
Canteen, library, exams, discounts: students show their card from their profile, even without network. Visual checks keep the same routine. For access control, tell us about your setup: we will look together at what is feasible with your badge system.

Yes. Your institution issues it, with the same details as the physical card. It serves as proof of student status for student services, libraries, transport and shops, just like the plastic card.
NFC badge attendance is used to sign in to classes. The digital student card is the card itself, displayed in the app. The two features are independent.
The card is tied to the student's authenticated account and updated in real time. You can deactivate it at any time from the learner's record.
Access control depends on your setup: badges, readers, gates. The digital card primarily covers visual identification and proof of status. Tell us about your system: we will look together at what is feasible.
In the Edusign app, or in your white-label app: Profile, then Student card. It stays available offline after a first display.
