Set the alert threshold a little below the threshold that triggers a report: the student is warned while they can still get back on track.
In Edusign, open Attendance › Alerts › Add an alert, then fill in the blocks in this order. Open the Alerts screen in Edusign

Prerequisite: Create a “Scholarship students” group in Edusign and add the relevant students to it.
The alert threshold is set by your institution. Place it before the threshold that triggers a report, to give the student time to get back on track.
