Built by Edusign · Attendance

A run of justified absences often points to a difficult health, family or work situation. The alert lets you steer the student towards adjustments rather than letting them drop out.

1 trigger · 1 scope
  1. When

A student has at least 5 days of justified absence over the last 3 months

  2. For

    All students in the account

  3. Then

Send an email to the student life team or the disability adviser only

Why turn on this alert

The email goes to the team only: the first contact with the student is made in person, with tact.

  • The student life team spots difficult situations.
  • The student is not chased by an automatic email.
  • Adjustments can be offered before the student drops out.
