Unjustified absence of a work-study student: notify the apprenticeship supervisor

Built by Edusign · Work-study

A work-study student is an employee: their employer needs to know when they do not turn up to class. The apprenticeship supervisor is informed the next day, with no phone call or manual email from the student office.

Why turn on this alert

Without an alert, the student office calls or writes to each employer, often several days after the absence.

  • The apprenticeship supervisor is informed the next day.
  • At the same time, the student receives the request for a supporting document.
  • The sending history stays in Edusign and can be consulted in the event of a dispute.
