Founded in 2018, Rocket School grew rapidly with the ambition of becoming "the anti-unemployment algorithm". Within three years, six campuses opened in major French cities. Quality-certified and nationally accredited, the school must justify every learner's attendance to funding bodies.
In 2020, the pandemic forced Rocket School to switch to remote training. The school adopted a first online attendance tool, but Benjamin Boudet, National Pedagogical Director, was not convinced by the results. Attendance sheets remained difficult to manage, especially with new campuses opening.
The need was clear: a simple tool, suited to multi-campus operations, capable of tracking attendance both in-person and remotely without burdening pedagogical teams.

In 2021, Rocket School chose Edusign. Instructors have a dedicated platform to take attendance and send in-person attendance sheets. Learners sign in 2 clicks each half-day, directly from the mobile app.
Before each academic year, teams prepare sessions and attendance sheets using Edusign templates. Pedagogical managers then verify that every instructor has sent their sheets and that learners have signed. This tracking enables the school to recover essential funding from public co-funders.
With three distinct user profiles (administrators, instructors, learners), the tool's fluidity is a key asset. Students use the mobile app to sign, justify absences and check their calendar. Adoption was immediate, with no prior training needed.

Since implementing Edusign, the time spent on attendance sheets has been drastically reduced. Thirty minutes a day is enough to manage attendance for 2 to 4 daily programmes across all campuses.
Pedagogical managers focus on supporting learners rather than on admin work. Statistical tracking enables real-time attendance monitoring and secures quality compliance for funders.
