To provide proof of student attendance, Brest Open Campus used paper attendance sheets. With 8 schools and classes of around 35 students, taking the register at the start of each session could take several long minutes. The additional workload and complications linked to paper (lost documents, counting errors) pushed the team to look for a digital solution.
Initially, the campus chose a provider that did not meet their expectations. In order to eliminate fraud and gain better control over student attendance, they turned to Edusign.
