NPS is the key indicator for measuring loyalty and advocacy. Identify your promoters and convert your detractors.
NPS (Net Promoter Score) measures the likelihood that your learners would recommend your training to others, on a scale of 0 to 10.
An NPS above 0 is acceptable, above 30 is good, and above 50 is excellent. It is calculated as: % promoters minus % detractors.
CSAT measures point-in-time satisfaction, while NPS measures long-term loyalty and advocacy.
