A vast campus, information too scattered

Born from the merger of École Centrale Paris and Supélec, CentraleSupélec is one of the most prestigious higher education institutions in France.

With a 105,000 m² campus at Paris-Saclay and a community of 4,600 students, the question of access to information quickly became a strategic priority.

After an initial application originally designed by students to navigate the institution's premises, the academic team realised there were many additional constraints to address.

The institution had to respond to a complex reality:

A single app to centralise all student services

Named Campass (a blend of campus and compass), the application established itself as the institution's digital compass, permanently accessible in students' pockets.

This new channel brought about a fundamental shift in internal practices. No more manual follow-ups, paper notices, or unread emails.

The mobile app now plays a structural role in the school's overall information system, creating a more direct link between administrative services and users.

Today, Campass is no longer simply one application among many. It has become the digital entry point for campus life: intuitive, personalised, and integrated.

A lasting transformation, centred on the student experience

With the integration of the Campass application developed with AppScho by Edusign, CentraleSupélec reached an important milestone in the digitalisation of academic administration. This project was not limited to a simple technological tool: it made it possible to rethink access to information, streamline exchanges, and redefine the role of digital technology in the relationship between students and administration.

The mobile application is now a central component of the information system, consulted daily by students and valued by academic teams.
