Edusign offers native connectors with Cornerstone (CSOD) and Training Orchestra :bi-directional sync of programmes, learners, completions and signed certificates. For Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors, 365Learning and other LMS, our open REST API and webhooks allow integration in just a few days.
Edusign is ISO 27001 certified, ranked EcoVadis Top 10%, GDPR compliant and hosted in Europe on sovereign servers. We support SSO SAML 2.0 / OIDC with Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace or Ping, SCIM provisioning, multi-factor authentication and automatic deprovisioning. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and every user action is logged in audit logs accessible to your IT team.
Edusign is designed for multi-entity groups. You configure an organisation tree that mirrors your structure (group, BUs, subsidiaries, sites, teams), with granular roles and permissions at every level. Each entity runs its own programmes autonomously while group leadership keeps a consolidated view. Branding (logo, colours, domain) is customisable per subsidiary, and reporting can be aggregated or detailed as required.
An initial deployment on a first entity typically takes 2 to 4 weeks: kickoff, LMS/SSO integration, admin training, pilot on a limited scope. The rollout to the rest of the group then happens in waves, with our dedicated Enterprise Customer Success team. We support complex groups (large enterprises, multi-site networks) with a proven deployment methodology.
