Formatex has been training professionals in international trade for over 30 years. With 99 programmes covering sales, logistics, customs and marketing internationally, the organisation supports thousands of participants across 10 countries each year.
Before Edusign, attendance sheets were managed in person using a proprietary Word template. When lockdown forced a massive shift to remote training, this method became unworkable.
The challenge was twofold: maintaining attendance traceability required by funding bodies and quality certification obligations, while offering a simple process for participants already dealing with the constraints of remote learning.
