Connect Stripe to Edusign for enrolments

Connect Stripe to Edusign via Zapier, Make or the API to collect training enrolments and trigger the session on the Edusign side automatically.

Fonctionnalités

Paid enrolment, session created

When a learner pays for an enrolment via Stripe, Zapier or Make can trigger the creation of the session, group and attendance sheet inside Edusign.

PCI-DSS payments

Stripe handles collection, taxes and PCI-DSS compliance. Edusign listens for successful payment events and turns them into enrolments.

Zapier, Make or the API

Build the flow with no code using Zapier or Make, or have it built by your technical team with the Edusign REST API and Stripe webhooks.

Comment connecter

1

Prepare your accounts

On Stripe, create or identify the product linked to your training programme. On Edusign, locate the target course or session and generate your API key.

2

Build the scenario

In Zapier or Make, trigger on the Stripe checkout.session.completed event. As an output, create the attendance or enrol the learner in the Edusign session.

3

Test then activate

Run a test payment on Stripe, check the enrolment was created in Edusign, then activate the scenario in production.

Why connect Stripe to Edusign?

Connect Stripe to Edusign via Zapier, Make or the REST API to automate the chain enrolment -> payment -> session -> attendance.

Typical use case: a learner pays for an enrolment on a Stripe checkout page (continuing education, MOOC, seminar). Once the payment is confirmed on the Stripe side, your Zapier or Make scenario automatically creates the enrolment in Edusign, adds the learner to the right group and session, and prepares the attendance sheet. You save time on data entry and keep attendance lists reliable.

This scenario is particularly useful for training managers in training providers, registrars in private schools and apprentice training centre leads who sell enrolments online. Stripe handles PCI-DSS compliance and invoicing, Edusign handles audit-ready evidence of the session.
