Every lesson scheduled in Omniscol becomes an Edusign course with its teacher, room and group: the attendance sheet is ready before the class starts.
A timetable change is pushed to Edusign immediately. A scheduled full export reconciles both tools and removes lessons deleted on the Omniscol side.
Send only the campuses and events that require a signature (exams, conferences). Time-stamped attendance stays in Edusign for your audits.
From your Omniscol workspace (Premium plan), enter your Edusign API key and choose the campuses to synchronise.
Teachers are recognised by email address, matched manually or created on the fly in Edusign. Groups and students can be exported in bulk from the dedicated tab.
A first full export creates your upcoming courses in Edusign. From then on, real-time updates and the scheduled export keep both tools aligned.
Omniscol is an online platform for generating and managing timetables, used by schools, higher education institutions and training centres. Its Edusign connector, built and maintained by the Omniscol team, sends your lessons, teachers, groups and events to Edusign: every scheduled slot gets its attendance sheet, signed on a phone or tablet in class.
For registrar teams and school directors, that is the end of re-keying timetables and paper sheets. Omniscol stays the master of the schedule while Edusign collects attendance: presence, lateness and absences are viewed in Edusign, with time-stamped, legally sound evidence for your quality audits and funding body checks.
The connector works in real time, backed by a scheduled export that reconciles both tools and catches missed updates. You filter what goes to Edusign by campus and by event label, for instance to exclude slots that need no signature. It suits institutions that run their timetables in Omniscol without an ERP in between. The connector is included in the Omniscol Premium plan and documented step by step in its online help.
