Create a document with one page per learner in the group [group name] for the progression board on [date]. On each page: attendance rate since the start of term, authorised and unauthorised absences per month, late arrivals, and a chart of the monthly trend. Add a summary table of the cohort on the first page, sorted by attendance rate.
Fill in the fields on the card: the prompt is completed and sent as is to your assistant. A field left empty stays in square brackets and the assistant will ask you for it.
