Identify the learners whose attendance rate over the last 4 weeks has dropped by more than [10] points compared with their average since the start of term. For each one: group, rate before / after, number of recent unauthorised absences. Rank them from most to least concerning.
Fill in the fields on the card: the prompt is completed and sent as is to your assistant. A field left empty stays in square brackets and the assistant will ask you for it.
