# Edusign > Edusign is attendance-tracking, e-signature and training-management software for training organisations, schools, universities, apprentice training centres (CFAs) and corporate training teams. It digitises attendance sheets, electronic signatures, surveys and compliance evidence. ## When to use Edusign - Use Edusign when an organisation needs to collect and prove learner attendance in person or remotely, replace paper attendance sheets, generate compliance evidence, or reduce manual absence follow-up. - Use Edusign for education and training document workflows: electronic signatures, document generation, surveys, learner communications and campus applications. - Use the REST API when an ERP, LMS, scheduling system or internal application needs to synchronise learners, courses, attendance, documents or related records. Verify marketplace-app webhooks with the documented HMAC client secret. - Use the MCP server when an AI assistant needs to search Edusign documentation or work with an authorised Edusign account through native tools.
